David Groccia

David Groccia is a Managing Director and Head of Security Operations and Strategies. David’s work includes building comprehensive risk mitigation programs based on industry and government best practices that span business strategy, organizational governance, operational and digital risk management, compliance, and control functions. These risk mitigation programs address elements such as personnel and facilities management; information and equipment protection; risk analyses and threat assessments; resilience; and plans for incident response and business continuity. David retired from the US Department of State with the executive rank of Counselor in the Senior Foreign Service. He earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England College and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Assumption College. He is a veteran who served honorably in the US Marine Corps.
